Saynia Furniture(Sikanlai Furniture as formal name) has specialzed with mattress manufacture and export for more than a decade. During this 10 years we are devoted to offering stable quality products to our clients, now we are stablely supplying our customers from Australia(Perth, Melboure, Sydney and Brisbane), Mauritius, Ireland, France, USA(LA, Boston, Florida), Thailands and Laos.
Saynia built workshop from panel and border quilty, pocket spring units, embroider to completed products, hiring more than 50 staffs with regular training and skills, purchase and update advance machine for better quality and more reasonable cost for clients.
Saynia spent years working on improving product quality for clients, developing new fashions fabric and materials for maintaining its product competivity for customers. For example, we will try new models and samples every season and present to customers so they can see how it sells in market. And we will keep improving and developing by feedback from clients. This is the reason why our clients could continuely develop and expand their business range, they take charge of feedback and customer service, we take care of product develop, quality control and cost control.
As for the pocket spring part, it is euqally important as the appearance, qualified pocket spring will play roles in offering sound and stale support for thie mattress, and it is so important that all the mattress in containers must be compressed. Hence the steeil wire must be high carbon steel, if the carbon contain percentage is lower than 0.65%, we call it mild steel, the pocket spring units will lose its high elastic and could not recover well enough after compression. If the spring height is not fully recover from its original height, means the mattress border will be higher, there will be wrinkle on the fabric and it will damage the appearance looking. While the mild steel price is much lower than the high carbon steel, some factories will use the cheap price mild steel wire as pocket spring material for reducing the cost. We promise Saynia will never allow such behavior in production. Without quality control, our clients will lose reputation and there will be no more further order coming.
Also for the fulfilling specially the foam, both of panel foam and fulfilling foam all needed to be premium quality than sofa foam, chair foam. While the foam must be able to recover after compresssion. Because the foam in mattress will be compress pallet for at 30-90 days(from manufacturer to ship, from shipping to clients′ warehouse). Any attempts for reducing cost and usage of lower price foam will lead to failure of mattress receovery. This is not tolaranted in our company, risking on clients′s reputation just for cutting product cost is so short seeing and immoral, it damage the cooperation relaship. We could not accept low quality products from our factory.
As for our long term developing project, we pay high attension to production safety, workers safety and wealthy and fairs. We trust they are the most important point of ensure Saynia developping always in way of sustainable, stable and expetectable. Our staff have been working in our factory for more than a decade, they will work here till retirement. We offer vocation refer to labor laws here and make sure every one working here feel joy, respect and duty for their job. And we offer comfortable working place, access to drinks while the temperature is high, changeble working schedule while the season is different, the day time length is differernt in seasons. So they would not need to wake up so early in winter morning and could be able to finish their work earlier before it is too dark.
