Q1: What's your MOQ?
A1: The MOQ is 500 units per design.

Q2: Do you offer free samples?
A2: Normally we can't supply free samples, but we refund your sample fee when your purchase quantity is over 2000 pcs per design.

Q3: Can you print a logo or design on a product?
A3: Yes we can print on any of our products to meet your design criteria.

Q4: Is your product considered food safe?
A4: Yes, our products are food grade approved by FDA & CA Prop 65 and LFGB.  

Q5: What is your production lead time?
A5: Sample turnaround is usually take 2 weeks.
      Mass production needs around 40 days to make one container order quantity.

Q6: What are payment terms?
A6: T/T term: 30% deposit, the balance payment before shipment.

Q7: How are products packed?
A7: Each holder is packed either in safe bulk packing (card board divider and outer carton) or individual boxes as required by the customer.
