1. The conveyer belt adopts PVC wear industrial belt, Japan NSK bearings, drove by
Taiwan WanXin 0.75KW high precision dynamic selection of reducer, motor, controlled
by French Schneider converter.
2. The board is fixed by the cylinder, and rotated steadily, the rotation construction is drove
by double row of chain;
3. Adopted the frequency converter control the rotation speed, make sure the rotation
process is smoothly stopped;
4. Four rollers lift the board, and multiple limit protection, separately operation panel, more
safety when the machine is working; 4. It will stop automatically when finish the rotation
work, and also equip with emergency button to keep safety;
5. The main body of the machine is welded by #A3 steel, the axis is made by #45 steel.
6. Equip with Siemens PLC controller system to control the rotation process; Equip with
Schneider electrical parts; Airtac cylinder;
