Float glass

Float glass is made from pouring the glass molted from a surnace in to chamber of a molten tin. The reason why is called float glass is due to its floating process. The thickness of glass and colors are best controlled by shaping and high technique control.

Coated glass

In order to meet different kinds of needs, float glass is further coated. For example, low e glass, reflective glass, anti-reflective glass, Nano self easy cleaning glass. There is on line coating, also offline coatings.

With regard to offline coated low e glass, there is single silver low e, double silver low e, triple silver low e coatings of different colors, reaching various data performances like light transmittance, reflective, U value, Shading Coefficient, SHGC value.

Sandblasting glass Frosted Acid etched glass

Float glass is to be further processed to decorative glass for awsome effect in home and commercial building. BNG suply the sandlbasted frosted acid etched glass sheets, as well as processed glass products by cuting polishing drilling holes and so on.
Sandblasting process is more popular than acid etching because it is more environment friendly. 
In case need patterns, acid etched is applied.
