acid, alkaline paints such as PU, AC and NC.
2. Equipped with the sensors to detective the work piece size, and equipped with U-
shaped anti-offset grooves, which can make the conveyor belt run smoothly and never
go wrong;
3. Equipped with the frequency converter to control the transport speed;
4. Two sets of moving gun brackets, opposite distribution installation; each bracket can
install four guns, each gun can be adjusted the paint usage and the coating angel,
controlled separately, makes more working mode for the coating work;
5. Equipped with one set of circulating oil circuit;
6. Equipped with a separate compressed air control unit and built-in filter to ensure clean
and dry air;
7. Equipped with the paint recycle system, includes double roller to collect the paint on the
belt and transport to the paint tank, 99% paint on the belt can be re-collected;

10. Spraying driving device adopts Japanese servo motor for precise driving, ensure the
spray accuracy.
11. Equipped with the cycling oil system, ensure the constant pressure in spraying gun,
the painting flow is controlled by regulating valve.
12. The air intake system equipped with the double-layer filtering device, ensure clear air
was supplied, the filtering device in exhaust pipe will filter the painting mist.
