   A: We have our own testing lab to do varieties of tests: Salt spray test report, tensile test report, waterproof   

   test report, torque force test, life cycle, material certificate, etc.

Q: Could I see the 3D effect of the lock?

   A: Yes, 3D model drawings & CAD drawings are available upon request.

Q: Do I have the chance to be your distributor in my country?

Q: Are you able to produce custom parts?

   A: Yes, We have a professional R &D team to support custom design products, We will also use 3D printer to  

   make the prototype quickly.

Q: May I have samples for inspection?

   A: Please advise us of your courier account no. Such as DHL/TNT/FEDEX. Free samples will be ready within 3    

   days.

Q: Any MOQ on products?

   A: No, but we appreciated you reaching 100pcs each.

Q: Delivery time?

   If no ready goods, we could finish within 15-20days depending on items.
