1.Are you factory or trading company?
 

   Cupid is a professional manufacturing factory with over 11 years experience. We committed to developing , producing and selling high quality faucet such as Kitchen hardware,Bathroom Accessories ,Shower System etc with precision core technology.

 

2.How is the product's development capabilities of your factory? Can we customized products?
 

   Cupid  has an R&D team with more than 11 years of experience.We will launch 2 to 3 new series every season to catch up with the marketing trend to keep our customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.

 

3.How can we get the sample to check quality? And how many days?
 

   You can order one or a few samples to check the product's quality at first. Samples can be ready within 5 days once we receive the sample payment.

 

4.Do you charge for samples and freight?
 

   As per our company policy, the samples and freight will be on customer's cost. But sample charges will be returned in your first official order.

 

5.What is your MOQ?
 

   We accept small quantity 100pcs for each item in the beginning of our cooperation.

 

6.What is your production time?
 

    It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 20-25 days after we receive 

your deposit.

 

 

7.Can you ship the goods to our country?
 

    We have good cooperated shipping agent who can give best offer and service. For small order, express will be the best; For bulk order, sea shipment is the best; For urgent orders, we suggest by air. 

8. What is your terms of payment?

A: Normally by T/T, 30% deposit,70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packed cartons in pallets before you pay the balance.West Union, Paypal is acceptable for small orders If you have another question, we can talk in details.

9.How can you guarantee quality? 

     Quality check is one part of our production procedure. Our quality check manager has more than 30 years experience in our factory.Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always a final Inspection before shipment;
